The creature can break free and move half its normal speed by using a [[SRD:Full-Round Actions|full-round action]] to make a [[SRD:DC|DC]] 20 [[SRD:Strength Check|Strength check]] or a [[SRD:DC|DC]] 20 [[SRD:Escape Artist Skill|Escape Artist]] check. A creature that succeeds on a [[SRD:Saving Throw|Reflex]] save is not [[SRD:Entangled|entangled]] but can still move at only half speed through the area. Each [[SRD:Round|round]] on your turn, the [[SRD:Plant Type|plants]] once again attempt to [[SRD:Entangled|entangle]] all creatures that have avoided or escaped entanglement.
